Complementing his in-depth knowledge of the Comox Valley and his intuitive ways with people, Dave has been the benefit of many years of hard-won experience. He has been a licensed realtor since 1978 and in 1987, along with three other partners, opened RE/ MAX in Comox. He is now co-owner of this office. In the ever changing real estate marketplace, Dave Procter is here to stay. He is a consistent, continuous and very successful force in the Valley’s real estate marketplace.

Dave’s reputation speaks for itself. He has been number one in MLS sales volume on Vancouver Island in 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997, and in the Comox Valley, 1989, 1992-98, 2000, and 2001. In 2001 the Real Estate Board stopped awarding the top agent in our Board area. He has achieved the RE/MAX 100% Club 1997 through 2002 and the Platinum Award 2003 to 2005. In March 2000 Dave was awarded RE/MAX International’s highest award, the Lifetime Achievement, having helped over 1000 families purchase a property in the Comox Valley. Dave also makes a strong commitment to keeping abreast of the changes in the real estate industry; he has completed his CRES and FRI designation.
