Style 1This is the basic Comox bi-level home. A very popular floor plan with a split entry and a very good use of space. This happens to be one of the best resale homes in the Comox Valley. |

Style 2The Split Level - this home will usually have 3 floors, one for the living area, one for the bedrooms and the final for the basement. This style can also have 4 levels. |

Style 3The Cape Cod - a very cute design. The upper floor loses some area, you usually have the bedrooms on this floor. |

Style 4The Rancher - this is a popular design in the Comox Valley. All the living area is on one level, the home will have a slab or crawl space under the main floor. |
