Comox Bi-Level

Style 1

This is the basic Comox bi-level home. A very popular floor plan with a split entry and a very good use of space. This happens to be one of the best resale homes in the Comox Valley.

Split Level

Style 2

The Split Level - this home will usually have 3 floors, one for the living area, one for the bedrooms and the final for the basement. This style can also have 4 levels.

Cape Cod

Style 3

The Cape Cod - a very cute design. The upper floor loses some area, you usually have the bedrooms on this floor.

Rancher

Style 4

The Rancher - this is a popular design in the Comox Valley. All the living area is on one level, the home will have a slab or crawl space under the main floor.

Executive Home

Style 5

Executive Home - this is getting into a more expensive home, usually running over $200,000 in the Comox Valley. It will have a main floor area for living with upper floor bedrooms.

Town Home

Style 6

Town Home - This is a home that is built under the condominium act and is better known as a Strata Lot. You can have as few as 2 to 50 plus homes in this type of development. Town homes are defined as having other homes only on your sides.

Apartment

Style 7

Apartment - This again is covered by the condominium act, this home will have homes on the sides of you as well as above and below. They are popular with a more mature market.

Strata Duplex

Style 8

Strata Duplex - This is a home that you will share a wall with an adjoining homeowner. There is either up/down or side by side development.
